Salomon Ultra 4 Shoes Tore Twice in a Year - I Was Refused Replacement

In March 2024, I purchased Salomon Ultra 4 model shoes from Olympic Sports for ₺6,900. I only wore them two days a week, and the heel lining on these shoes ripped within a week. I sent them for review, but I was told it wasn't a manufacturing defect. I didn't want to bother with it at the time, but in September 2025, both shoes suffered a tear at the toe break point. I sent them for review again, and they said it was a "manufacturing defect." The store told me I could file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I have my invoice, and it stated that the product has a two-year warranty. I'm extremely upset that I've paid such a high price for a product I chose as a "global brand" and been treated so unfairly. I believe the product is defective and I'm requesting a replacement or refund. My trust in the Salomon brand has been completely shaken, and I will never buy it again.
