My Salomon Supercross 4 GTX Shoes Tore Without Running and My Claim Was Denied
I’m very disappointed with my experience after purchasing the Salomon Supercross 4 GTX W running shoes. Despite working a desk job, barely wearing them, and never once using them for running, both shoes tore at the exact same spot. I expected durability—especially from a shoe marketed for performance—and yet they failed under the lightest use imaginable.
What’s even more frustrating is that my return and exchange request was flatly denied. I paid ₺5,000 for a pair of shoes that couldn’t handle casual wear. Salomon, if your shoes tear under zero stress, don’t market them as high-performance running gear. Either stand behind the products you sell or stop calling them technical footwear. I’ve attached clear photos to show the issue. Was this really the customer’s fault? I think not. Please take responsibility and resolve this properly.
