On 06/08/2025, I purchased a pair of Salomon X Ultra 360 Edge shoes from the Nsport Tuzla Marina store. After using the shoes under normal conditions for about a year, a split developed at the edge, which I noticed 1 year and 15 days after purchase.
When I contacted the brand to report the situation, I was verbally told that my repair or exchange request couldn't be accepted because the usage period had exceeded 1 year. I don't find it fair to encounter such a rigid, solution-unfriendly approach from a brand of this reputation, over a mere 15-day difference.
I believe the split that developed at the edge of the shoe, occurring within what can still be considered a relatively short timeframe, stems from a manufacturing issue. For this reason, I am requesting either a repair for my product or, if possible, an exchange for a defect-free item.
