Rossmann Damaged My Discounted Products and Deducted Shipping From My Refund

I placed an order for discounted products from Rossmann, but unfortunately, everything went awry right from the beginning. The package arrived damaged and was returned without any prior notice. I discovered it only after I noticed the delay and took the initiative to reach out myself. At that point, I had already missed the campaign period and lost my opportunity to reorder at the same price. Additionally, they took out the shipping fee and the cost for the damaged item from my refund without giving a clear explanation. It seems unjust that I had to shoulder the expenses due to their errors. I feel let down by this situation, as I anticipated a higher level of service from a company such as Rossmann.
