Oysho Marked My Discounted Order as Delivered Without Delivery
I ordered discounted items from Oysho, but they were marked as delivered even though I never received them. After reaching out, I was told that the package was damaged during shipping and returned. However, only one of the two items has been refunded, while the other remains unresolved.
What’s worse is that Oysho refuses to help further, cutting off communication with a dismissive "we can't assist." If discounted products won’t be honored, why list them in the first place? I purchased these items at a specific price, and I demand to receive them at the original discounted rate.
Oysho, this behavior is unacceptable. I expect you to resolve this issue promptly and fulfill my order as purchased.
