Zalando Sent My Package Back Without a Delivery Attempt and Poor Customer Service
Recently I ordered from Zalando, and the process has been really unpleasant. Originally scheduled to come via DHL, my parcel was unexpectedly tagged as "returned to sender" due to an allegedly "incomplete address," without any prior notice or delivery effort. My address was exactly accurate, and I have never had any problems receiving deliveries at this place in previous. When I called Zalando's customer service to explain the matter, I got an contemptuous reply. The agent advised me to reorder everything and wait for a refund instead of offering to help re-ship my goods. Lack of responsibility and inadequate communication made me feel underappreciated as a consumer. Given their reputation and my past good experiences with them, I anticipated Zalando to be more professional and flexible.
