DHgate Sent Me a Broken Shaving Brush and Charged Extra at Delivery

I purchased a shaving brush from DHgate, and it came damaged. I was genuinely taken aback when I saw that the final amount at checkout, with all taxes and fees included, came to about ₺680. When the package arrived at my home, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an extra ₺370. I was caught off guard by this unexpected charge, and it seemed like I was being deceived. The product arrived damaged, and being asked to pay nearly half the original price again upon delivery was simply unacceptable. I contacted them hoping for some sort of resolution, but the entire experience ultimately left me feeling disappointed. I will not be placing any more orders with DHgate. This level of negligence and absence of clarity is simply intolerable.
