Order Delayed for Rossmann Same-Day Delivery

I ordered something with the number RSO100389479 on Rossmann's website and requested it to be delivered on the same day. I ordered before 10:30 AM and was supposed to get my delivery by 8:00 PM, but it never came. The customer service response was so funny, they basically told me to call back tomorrow after 10:00 AM if I wanted a refund of only $-39.90 TL. When I asked to cancel the order, they said I should refuse it when it's delivered to my door. I've learned my lesson, but now I'm stressed out, wondering if reading "complaints" will help me get a refund and receive all the products I ordered.
