Rossmann Didn't Send or Refund the Products I Paid for

On July 9, 2024, I made a number of purchases through the Rossmann store's online store. All of the items I bought were detailed in the e-Archive Invoice that arrived at my inbox on July 9. Two items, totaling 290 Turkish Lira, were absent from the shipment that arrived on July 13. Customer service informed me that the two products were not sent and promised to reimburse my payment when I contacted them. I confronted the customer representative with a defense that lacked reason and logic. He said things like "not only you, many more customers like you are in the same situation." When I asked why I was not notified and why the products were listed on the invoice in full, he told me that I could report my complaint via email if I wanted. When I threatened to share this nonsense on social media and convey it to others, he reminded me that "I am free to act in any way," as if to say, "come on, cut it short, go to work." It was a stinger. No refund has been processed as of yet. It's almost comical.

Today is July 15, 2024. The refund has not yet been processed, and I am waiting. I was informed that a gift voucher was sent regarding the non-charging of shipping fees for the undelivered products. However, the same price guarantee was not provided once the products are back in stock. We will wait and see. The problem is the sale of out-of-stock items.
