My Roidmi robot vacuum, which is out of warranty, has been sent to the service center three times. I've spent ₺4,700 plus multiple shipping fees, and it's still not working properly. It's disheartening that they're asking me to send it back again.
I'm exhausted from paying for shipping and constantly dropping off and picking up the vacuum from the cargo service. As a working individual, I don't always have the time for this. Currently, my daughter is in the hospital, but I plan to file a complaint with Consumer Rights at the first opportunity.
This situation is unbecoming of the Roidmi brand. I intend to share my dissatisfaction on every platform available. If you're unaware of the issues with your service centers, please take note. I urge you to find a solution to this ongoing problem.
The constant repairs, shipping costs, and time spent dealing with this issue have left me frustrated and disappointed with both the product and the brand's customer service. I expected better quality and support from Roidmi, especially considering the price of the vacuum.
