Roborock Q7 Max Leaves Crumbs and Requires Costly Repairs

I am deeply frustrated with my experience using the Roborock Q7 Max. Since purchasing it, the vacuum has left crumbs behind and struggled to connect to Wi-Fi. After five months, I sent it in for warranty service through Yurtiçi Kargo, only to receive a call from Bestechn service demanding a ₺5600 repair fee. When I explained that these issues were present from the start, I was told, “You should have purchased insurance; the warranty doesn’t cover this as parts need replacing.” To add insult, they charged me for the return shipping as well. I feel completely let down and unfairly treated by Roborock and the service team. I request a fair resolution, as this is not what I expected when I invested in this product.
