On January 6, 2023, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board in the hopes of resolving the problem I've been having. It's now August 10, 2023, and I have yet to hear back. My Roborock S5 Max robot vacuum, which I bought from Teknosa at Izmit41 AVM, isn't working properly. Despite having been sent for service six times, it has never improved. We also filed an appeal with the Kocaeli Körfez Consumer Arbitration Board, but there has been no resolution in six months. I'm not sure how much longer I have to wait. Dealing with a corporation that is unresponsive and problematic is a first for me. It's infuriating to have paid our money and not received the help we deserve.
