Unresolved Roborock S5 Max Robot Vacuum Issue

On June 29, 2025, I purchased a Roborock S8 Sonic vacuum cleaner from Vatan Bilgisayar’s Gaziantep Forum AVM branch, and the device is still under warranty. I submitted it to the store for repair due to a malfunction. However, even after around 90 days (about 60 business days), despite contacting both the store and customer service multiple times, my issue remains unresolved.
Several times, I was told by the store that my device was ready, but each time I went there, I was informed that it actually wasn’t. On September 30, 2025, I received a message stating that the mainboard issue had been fixed and that the device was ready for pickup. However, instead of going to the store, I contacted customer service and requested a replacement device. Although I’ve repeated this request several times, I have not received any written confirmation or commitment.
My device is still at the store, and I have an active service form numbered 190MS0002056. The product is under warranty, no additional fees have been requested from me, and this was the first malfunction I’ve experienced with the device.
I have been facing this issue for about 90 days, and considering the legal repair period limits, I request that my device be replaced with a new one immediately.
