Roborock S7+ Vacuum Won't Empty Trash Can

On April 24, 2023, I purchased a Roborock S7+ White vacuum cleaner from Teknosa in Yalova. However, after a while, I noticed that it wasn't properly emptying the dust into the disposal station. I took it to the Teknosa service center in Yalova Ozdilek Mall on August 13, 2023, frustrated. They gave me the service reference number Th149921 and claimed that the repairs were completed. However, when I received the device back on September 9, 2023, the same problem persisted. The vacuum appeared to be working, but it failed to properly empty the dust into the container. Despite their efforts to troubleshoot, which included suggesting that they press the Home button, the problem remained unresolved. I'm dissatisfied with how Teknosa handled the situation. It costs me time, effort, and gas money to bring in the malfunctioning device on a regular basis, and they still can't fix it. Instead of patching it, they should build a new disposal facility. This is not how a reputable business should conduct itself.
