Roborock S8 Offline Error - Reset & Re-Add Won't Work

I have a Roborock S8 robot vacuum model that recently encountered an offline error. To resolve the issue, I decided to perform a reset on the robot. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue once more, prompting me to take the necessary step of deleting my account using the app. However, every time I attempt to reconnect, I encounter an error message stating that the connection is being deleted, preventing me from establishing a new connection. How can I resolve this issue?
