Roborock Q7 Max Android App Not Working Due to Security Alert

When I tried logging into the Roborock app today from my Android device for my Roborock Q7 Max robot vacuum, I received the following error message:

“A security risk has been detected in the current environment. Please log out.”

I tried deleting and reinstalling the app as well as restarting my device, but the problem still persists. I also attempted to log in from a different Wi-Fi network and location, yet I keep getting the same error every time I try to access the app.

So far, I have not contacted Roborock customer service. I am requesting technical support and a solution so that I can log in to the app without any issues.
