Roborock Q7 Max Not Returning to Charging Dock

I've been having issues with my Roborock Q7 Max robot vacuum for a few days now. It hasn’t been able to find its charging dock, and when I try to vacuum the living room, it goes off to another area and doesn’t clean properly. Just now, I tried to use it again, and the same problem occurred. When I opened the app, I noticed it had logged me out. When I tried to log back in with my number, it displayed a "deleting" message and wouldn’t let me log in. I purchased this from Trendyol, and I’m unsure what to do next. Can you help?
