Roborock S8 Sonic Not Working After “Security Risk Detected” Message

57While using my Roborock S8 Sonic robot vacuum, I suddenly started receiving an in-app warning message saying:
“A security risk has been detected in the current environment. Please exit the application.”
After this message appeared, I became completely unable to use my device. This issue started today, and I have never encountered this problem before.
I tried restarting and updating both the device and the app, but the problem persists — the app won’t open properly, and I can’t operate the vacuum at all. I haven’t yet contacted customer service.
My device is still under warranty.
Order/Invoice number: 489 822 739 3.
Due to this ongoing issue, I’m requesting a return or replacement for my device and expect my problem to be resolved promptly.
