I’m having an issue with my Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra—it’s not washing the mop no matter what I try. It keeps displaying an error message, something like Error 42 or 41, saying, "Maintenance brush stuck, please clean and clear blockages." I’ve checked and cleaned everything, reset the device, restored factory settings, and even updated the firmware, but nothing has resolved the problem.
The vacuum has essentially become useless at this point. Is there anyone who can help me fix this? I’m very frustrated with the lack of functionality and would appreciate any assistance to get my device working again.
