Hello, I’ve been using my Roborock S8 for a year, and until recently, it was working fine. However, for the past two months, the vacuum has developed a frustrating issue: it no longer deposits dust and debris into the dustbin properly. Instead, it scatters the collected dirt around the bin—above, below, and all around it.

I’ve been removing the dustbin constantly to clean the surrounding mess, but the problem keeps recurring. The dustbin area ends up covered in garbage, while the actual container inside remains nearly empty. This is clearly not how the vacuum is supposed to function, and it’s incredibly disappointing for a product at this level.

Even more frustrating is that there’s no clear access to an authorized service center that truly specializes in resolving Roborock issues. I feel stuck with a high-end product that’s not delivering on its most basic functionality.
