I purchased the Roborock H7 cordless vacuum in 2022 as part of my wedding dowry, and only started using it actively about a year ago. Despite light and careful use, the vacuum suddenly stopped working and started displaying Error 4 on the screen.
I followed all the basic troubleshooting steps—I cleaned and washed every filter and part thoroughly. Still, nothing has changed. The vacuum refuses to turn on and remains unusable. To make matters worse, because I bought it in advance and stored it for a while, the warranty has already expired—even though it has only been in use for a short time.
This feels extremely unfair for a product that is marketed as high-end and long-lasting. It’s frustrating that a premium vacuum like this could fail so suddenly and that I’m now stuck with a machine I can’t use and no warranty coverage.
Roborock needs to step up and offer real post-sale support. I am requesting immediate technical assistance or a goodwill repair, considering the device's limited use and premature failure. Please do right by your customers!
