I bought the Roborock S8 Sonic from MediaMarkt on November 8, 2024, and I expected it to last for years—not just a couple of months. But by the second month of use, the water tank started leaking. I used the product carefully, exactly as instructed, and never mishandled it.
When I sent it in for repair, the service team claimed it was "user error" and demanded ₺1,967 to fix it—even though the product is still under warranty. This is beyond frustrating. A premium product like this shouldn’t develop serious defects so quickly, and customers shouldn't be blamed for faulty components.
I contacted Roborock, hoping they’d step in and help, but I haven’t received a proper resolution. All I’m asking for is a replacement water tank—nothing more. This shouldn’t be a difficult or costly request for a brand like Roborock to fulfill.
