I Can’t Access My Roblox Account Due to 2-Step Verification and Lost Email

About a month ago, I lost access to my Roblox account because of the 2-step verification process. The problem is, I no longer remember which email address is linked to the account. I’ve tried every possible recovery method—resetting the password and verifying ownership—both on my computer and phone, but I’m always stuck at the 2FA screen.
I reached out to Roblox Customer Support and provided every detail they requested to prove my account ownership: the date of my first Robux purchase, how much Robux I’ve bought, and other identifying info. My username is Ninjaequest, and the last transaction was for 1,000 Robux. Despite all this, their response tells me to verify through an email I no longer have access to, which defeats the purpose.
I’m requesting that Roblox either remove the two-step verification from my account or allow me to update the email address so I can regain access. I’m more than willing to provide all relevant payment proofs and account history. Please help me resolve this promptly.
