Roblox Banned My Account for 3 Days After a Simple Voice Chat Comment

While playing Roblox on my computer with a friend, I entered a game called “Catalog” to customize my avatar. Inside the game, there was a group of three girls, and their voice chat was turned on. One of them was playing music, but the volume was very low. I simply mentioned that the music volume was very low, and when I didn’t get a response, I asked why they weren’t talking. About two minutes after this short interaction, my account received a 3-day ban.

I did not insult, swear at, threaten anyone, or use any inappropriate language in the game. Despite this, I believe it is unfair that I was banned simply for saying that the music volume was low and asking why they were not speaking. When I first created my account, my username was Sasuke_Puding, and I later changed it to killakasvetli. I request that the 3-day ban on my account be reviewed again and lifted. Additionally, before the ban, I was expecting a Robux transfer from my friend, and I also request clarification on whether this Robux will still be delivered to my account despite the ban, as well as that my related inconvenience be resolved.
