I attempted to purchase 2,000 Robux through Akçepin, but I did not receive the full amount after completing the payment. Instead of the full balance being credited to my Roblox account, only $3 appears to have been added. I completed the transaction on the evening of January 23, 2026, and the incomplete credit issue has continued since that date.
There is a record of the transaction under order number #5105. Although I contacted Akçepin through their support section to report the issue, I have not received any response. It appears that no one is handling support requests, and my issue has not been resolved. I also see that many other users are experiencing the same problem, which suggests that this is not an isolated error but a broader issue.
Since I did not receive the full Robux amount despite making the payment, I request a full refund of the money I paid for this transaction.
