Approximately 2–3 days ago, I purchased 2,000 Robux in-game currency through Akçepin.com. I paid a total of $14 USD by credit card, and I was given order/transaction number 406498590. After the purchase, the codes were delivered to me; however, all of the codes had already been used, so I was unable to redeem any of them.
Following this issue, I submitted multiple support requests through the website and also sent detailed emails explaining the problem. Despite clearly describing the issue, I repeatedly received only automated responses such as, “What issue are you experiencing? Please explain your problem so we can assist you.” No concrete solution has been provided. The website also displays a WhatsApp logo, but it appears to be only visual, as no actual communication is possible through that channel.
Since I was sent used and invalid codes, I was unable to benefit from the product I purchased. To resolve this issue, I request that new, valid, and fully functional codes or Robux be provided to me as soon as possible.
