Itemsatis Seller Did Not Deliver Roblox Blox Fruit

I purchased a Blox Fruit item for Roblox through a storefront listing on Itemsatis for $3 and paid using my Ziraat Bank debit card. It has been approximately 1–3 hours since the purchase, and although the seller appears active on the platform, the item has not been delivered and I have received no response.
As a result of this transaction, I request either a full refund of the $3 I paid or the complete delivery of the Blox Fruit item as described in the listing. I also ask that the seller be reviewed and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
