Roblox Username Reset Request After Hack

On January 23, 2026, at approximately 5:00 PM, I logged into my Roblox account from my iPhone and noticed that my username had been changed without my knowledge or consent. I also saw that the 49 Robux in my account had disappeared.

I have always used my account with the username “balsıztr” on my iPhone, and I did not make any of these changes. I did not approve or authorize the username change, nor did I approve the spending or removal of the 49 Robux.

I expect Roblox to restore my username back to “balsıztr” and to refund the 49 Robux that were taken without my permission. I request that this matter be investigated and that my issue be resolved.
