Blox Fruits Buddha Fruit Won’t Equip After Purchase on Roblox

I am a Blox Fruits player and I am writing regarding a problem I have been experiencing with the permanent Buddha fruit purchase on my account “Seym919trk”. Approximately two days ago, through Roblox, I bought the permanent Buddha (perm Buddha) in Blox Fruits for 1650 Robux. I purchased 2500 Robux for 1,099 TL and used part of it for this product. However, when I try to equip the Buddha fruit in the game, a warning appears saying “This is your fruit, do you want to change this fruit?” but there is no button on the screen to confirm or cancel this. Because of this, I cannot use the Buddha fruit I paid for at all, and for the last two days, I have not been able to use the Buddha fruit even once. I do not speak English, so I cannot properly communicate this issue to Roblox or Blox Fruits support on my own. I want the permanent Buddha fruit I bought to be correctly defined on my account and to be fully usable without any problems. If this cannot be fixed, I request a refund of the 1650 Robux I spent on this product. I kindly request that my issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, as I am currently unable to benefit from the product I purchased in the game.
