Roblox Support Not Responding to Verification Issue
I was asked to complete identity verification on my Roblox account in order to develop and publish our game. However, despite trying multiple times from both my computer and my phone, the system does not accept my ID, and because of this, we are unable to publish our game.
My account contains significant progress and content that I have worked hard on, so I am worried about losing the account or being unable to fully use it due to this restriction. I also contacted Roblox Support through the support form, but so far I have not received any response, and it feels like the issue is not being addressed.
I request that my identity verification be reviewed as soon as possible, that this unfair restriction on my account be removed, and that my account be restored to normal so we can publish our game without any issues.
