How to Fix Roblox Chat Restriction After Update
After the most recent update on Roblox, I can barely use the chat feature. I am Turkish, but when I first created my account, I accidentally selected Vietnam as my location. Since this update, I can no longer communicate properly with anyone. Because my account location shows Vietnam, I am unable to communicate with my foreign friends and other players.
Even though my account is set as 13+, there is a country-based chat restriction tied to the account’s location. When I try to change my account location, it does not fix the chat issue. I never experienced this problem before the update, but since the update, it has become a constant issue.
What I expect from Roblox is either the removal of this new chat restriction or at least giving players a settings option. For example, when the setting is turned off, we should be able to chat with everyone; when it is turned on, we could choose to chat only with players in our own country. I request that my account not be restricted due to the country setting and that the necessary changes be made so I can freely chat with my friends again.
