When I tried to log into my Roblox account about a month ago—an account I’ve been actively using since 2020—I was met with a notice saying my account had been suspended without any explanation. This is an account I’ve used for years, and it includes in-game purchases and Robux spending, so I have also suffered a financial loss.
I did not receive any notification explaining why my account was suspended—neither via email nor through any in-system message. I attempted to contact Roblox support to get more information and file an appeal; however, since Roblox is banned in my country, I was unable to access the support form and could not get help through official channels.
I find it unfair that my account, which I’ve invested years of time and money into, was suspended without any notice of a rule violation. I want my account to be reviewed, reinstated if it was wrongfully suspended, and for all my in-game rights and purchases to be fully restored.
