Roblox Banned Me for Asking About Music Volume
While playing Roblox on my computer, I joined the game called “Catalog” with a friend to customize my avatar. There was a group of three girls in the game with voice chat enabled. One of them was playing music, but the volume was very low. I simply mentioned that the music could barely be heard, and when they did not respond, I asked why they were not speaking.
About two minutes after this brief interaction, my account was banned for three days. I did not insult, threaten, curse, or use any inappropriate language toward anyone in the game. I believe it is unfair that I received a ban simply for saying the music volume was low and asking why they were not responding.
When I first created my account, my username was Sasuke_Puding, and I later changed it to killakasvetli. I request that the three-day suspension on my account be reviewed and removed. Additionally, I was expecting a Robux transfer from my friend before the ban occurred. I would like clarification on whether that Robux transfer will still be credited to my account despite the suspension, and I request that any related hardship be addressed.
