Unauthorized Charge by Resume Coach – Requesting Refund and Membership Cancellation

I noticed that Resume Coach has charged my card ₺29.95 without my consent or any request for services. I did not authorize this transaction and demand both a refund and the immediate cancellation of my membership. If these issues are not resolved, I will take legal action. I expect Resume Coach to process my refund and cancel my membership without further delay. This kind of unauthorized charge is unacceptable, and I urge the company to address this matter promptly.
