Remington IPL 6750 Promised Unlimited Use, but Bulb Ran Out

I purchased the Remington IPL 6750 laser device in late 2015 or early 2016, sold with the claim of “unlimited bulb life.” However, I later discovered that the bulb has a 300,000-shot limit, which is now exhausted. The device was marketed as unlimited, and I expect Remington to honor this by replacing or repairing the bulb.

Due to pregnancy and breastfeeding, I could not use the device for extended periods. Now, despite limited use, the orange light indicates the bulb is finished. This is not my fault—it was sold as a product with unlimited shots, which clearly isn’t the case. I request immediate resolution and a replacement for the bulb to restore the device’s usability.
