Remington IPL6750 Warranty Replacement Delayed and Mishandled

I sent my Remington IPL6750 IPL device for warranty service, and I was informed that a replacement was approved since it could not be repaired. Initially, I was offered hair care products far below the value of my device, which I declined. I requested a replacement with another IPL device, but I was told that no IPL devices were available as they were no longer being manufactured.

Reluctantly, I selected a different product for the replacement, but weeks have passed, and I still have not received any confirmation or updates. This process began in September, and despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no resolution.

I am deeply disappointed with Remington's inadequate warranty service. A brand of this caliber should handle warranty claims more efficiently and professionally. I request immediate action to finalize the replacement process and restore my confidence in the brand.
