Nivea Luminous Anti-Spot Serum Defective Packaging Complaint

I purchased the Nivea Luminous Anti-Spot Serum about 3–4 months ago from the Gratis store in Şirinevler, Istanbul, during a promotional sale for around ₺300–₺350. I’ve used the product 5–6 times in total. At first, the pump mechanism worked fine, but after a few uses, the serum stopped dispensing intermittently, and then the pump stopped working entirely.

Currently, I can’t open the cap and can’t use the product at all. There is no visible damage to the packaging or pump — the mechanism simply doesn’t function.

Considering the high price of this product, I find it unacceptable to experience such an issue. I request a replacement product and expect my grievance to be resolved promptly by Nivea.
