Kiwi KEp-6834 Laser Device Shot Count Decrease Problem

I bought a Kiwi KEp-6834 laser device that can handle a whopping 999,900 shots. Following the initial trial, the system unexpectedly shut down and the number of shots decreased to 776,848. I'm unsure of the proper procedure for filing a complaint about this issue. We've invested a significant amount of money. Check out the situation. We're eagerly anticipating a response from Kiwi regarding this matter. Out of nowhere, a significant portion of our expenses has become completely useless.
