ReelShort VIP Charges Continue After Apple Subscription Cancellation

I am using the Reelshort app with a weekly VIP subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. On 2 November 2025 I cancelled the VIP subscription in my Apple account and I also checked directly in the application that it was no longer active. Despite this, charges for the VIP subscription have continued to be taken from my bank card in Poland. After the cancellation, my debit card was still charged on 1 August 2026 for 48.12 PLN, on 8 August 20 for 47.83 PLN, on 15 August 2026 for 47.86 PLN and on 22 August 2026 for 47.35 PLN. I have a bank statement and a screenshot of the transaction, where a payment to ReelShort-132073580 in the amount of 12.29 USD can be seen, even though I had already cancelled the subscription in the Apple Store and I did not consent to further renewals. I do not expect a refund of past payments, but I strongly request that all future charges related to the Reelshort VIP subscription be stopped immediately. The card previously used for payment has already been blocked by my bank and I have been issued a new one, but I want this issue to be resolved on your side so that no more attempts are made to charge my account. I kindly ask you to check my account and subscription status and to confirm in writing that the weekly VIP subscription has been fully cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from any of my cards.
