ReelShort Unauthorized Subscription – Stop Weekly Charges

I am being charged weekly for a ReelShort subscription that I never signed up for, and I would like these unauthorized payments to stop and be refunded. The charges are being taken from my bank card, and according to my bank statement they appear under the name “Reelshortw.” The first unauthorized charge I noticed was on 20 July, and since then similar charges have continued on a weekly basis, including amounts such as 19.99 USD and 29.99 USD. I have not knowingly created an account with ReelShort, I have not agreed to any paid subscription, and I have never used any VIP benefits or coin packages in the app. Despite this, my bank card is being debited regularly. Today I am contacting my bank to dispute these transactions and to request that my card be protected against further unauthorized use. I request that all weekly charges made by Reelshortw to my bank card since 20 July be fully refunded and that my card details be removed from your systems so that no further payments can be taken without my explicit consent. I also ask for written confirmation that any subscription or payment agreement supposedly linked to my name or card has been cancelled.
