ReelShort Still Charges Weekly After Subscription Ended

I cancelled my Reelshort subscription in my store so that it would end on 29 July. In the subscription screen it clearly shows that the subscription ended on 29 July and only offers me the option to renew for 29.99 PLN per week. Despite this, money is still being taken from my account, including on the very day it was supposed to end. I was charged 49.99 PLN again on 29 July, 5 August and 12 August. In my store the subscription appears as cancelled, but these payments continue to be withdrawn from my account, even though the subscription ended on 29 July. I request that Reelshort refund all amounts of 49.99 PLN that were taken from my account on 29 July, 5 August, 12 August and any later dates after the subscription had expired. I also ask for written confirmation of when exactly this refund will be made, and confirmation that my subscription is cancelled and that no more money will be taken from my account in the future.
