ReelShort Made Two Unauthorized Charges of £31.19 Each and Is Not Responding


I am writing regarding unauthorized charges taken from my bank card by ReelShort, even though my subscription had expired a long time ago and I did not renew it. Despite this, I have been charged £31.19 twice, on 24 June and 31 June, for a total of £62.38. I did not consent to any new subscription or renewal and I have not received any explanation from ReelShort, as there has been no response so far. These payments have been taken directly from my bank card without my approval. I request the immediate cancellation of any active or hidden ReelShort subscription associated with my details and a full refund of the total £62.38 that has been charged without my permission. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be taken from my bank card.
