ReelShort Demanded Payment for Subscription I Never Approved

I am filing a complaint because a company called ReelShort, which presents itself as a dating/friendship agency, is falsely claiming that I owe them money and is threatening me with legal action and enforcement proceedings. About 15–20 days ago, they called me twice and claimed that I had started a subscription with their agency. I never made such a request, nor did I knowingly or willingly approve any membership. Despite this, they demanded that I pay approximately $1,204 for a subscription fee and around $440 as a cancellation penalty, and stated that if I did not pay, they would initiate legal and enforcement proceedings against me.
In an SMS I received, my full name, national ID number, and family information were included. The message used terms such as Criminal Court of First Instance and the Misdemeanors Law, claiming that I needed to contact them to cancel an alleged application I had made. It also stated that without involving a lawyer, I needed to contact them to close the case; otherwise, a penalty notice of $1,204 would be sent to my home address and that I would have to pay the debt through the nearest enforcement office. This message was clearly threatening in nature. There is no written contract, no approved membership terms, and no agreement that I have signed or been presented with.
I absolutely do not accept this alleged subscription or the fees being demanded. I request that this fabricated subscription be immediately canceled, that all enforcement and legal threats made in my name be completely withdrawn, and that these threatening messages sent using my personal information be stopped. I do not accept being pressured and intimidated into paying money for a debt that does not exist, and I request that necessary action be taken.
