Cancel Unauthorized ReelShort Charge Subscription I Never Signed Up For

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge from a company listed as “ReelShortW 697072962” on my Koho Mastercard. I was billed $42.80 on April 8, and another attempt to charge my card was made today but was declined only because there were insufficient funds on my card. I do not recall ever subscribing to, signing up for, or knowingly purchasing anything from ReelShortW, and I have no idea what this service is. Since I did not knowingly authorize this subscription or payment, I am very concerned that my card details may be stored and used without my clear consent. I have not yet been able to find any customer service contact for ReelShortW, and I have not previously contacted Koho about this issue. I request that any current or future charges from ReelShortW to my Koho Mastercard be immediately blocked and any active subscription or recurring payment linked to this merchant be cancelled. If possible, I would also like a review of the $42.80 charge on April 8 and a refund if it is confirmed to be an unauthorized or mistaken charge. I kindly ask you to investigate this situation, explain how this payment was set up on my card, and confirm in writing that future charges from this merchant will be prevented.
