ReelShort Subscription Charged Again After Inaccessible Account Access

I saw a ReelShort advertisement on Facebook offering a one-week deal for $9.99 and purchased it on 05/22/2026 via Cash App. After paying, I was never able to properly log in or use a ReelShort account. I could only watch the two shows that randomly appeared on Facebook and had no option to log in, choose other shows, or manage my subscription. Because I could not access the service as advertised, I used your internal messaging link to ask for clarification and to request cancellation. I never received any response. Despite this, I was later charged again, this time for $36. When I realized what was happening, I blocked the $36 charge through Cash App because I still had no access to a proper account and no clear way to cancel. Overall, I feel that I have been misled and effectively scammed, as I paid for a subscription I could not fully use and was then charged an additional amount without my consent or any clear explanation. I request that my ReelShort subscription be fully cancelled and that I receive a refund for the $9.99 I paid for the one-week deal, and that no further attempts to charge my account be made. I also ask for written confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
