Garena Free Fire Disabled My Microphone After a Penalty

I play Garena Free Fire on my Redmi Turbo 4 5G device with the in‑game name ult!mate7. In the early hours of the morning, I received a penalty related to leaving the “Lone Wulf” mode twelve times in a row, and after this warning my microphone was disabled and my account status was negatively affected. This situation is preventing me from playing the game properly. I was planning to reach Grandmaster in the new ranked season starting on the 1st, but with this penalty and the disabled mic I do not think this will be possible anymore. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, the penalty lifted and my microphone access restored so that I can continue playing Free Fire normally and participate fairly in the new ranked season. I would be very happy and grateful if my punishment could be lifted so that I can enjoy playing the game again.
