Ray Insurance Has Delayed My Car Accident Claim Payment for Over 65 Days

I amvery frustrated with Ray Insurance for stalling my claim payment for over 65 days. After a traffic accident on May 20, 2025, involving my car with license plate 31ACM633, I opened a damage file with claim number 11132504985. Despite the clear circumstances and submission of all necessary documents, I have still not received any compensation.

I personally spoke to the appraiser who handled my case, and he confirmed that the file was completed and uploaded to the system on June 16, 2025. That means the file has been closed and finalized for weeks now — yet Ray Insurance continues to withhold my payment without any valid explanation.

How much longer do I have to wait to receive the compensation I’m legally entitled to? This delay is not only unacceptable, it’s causing me serious inconvenience and financial stress. I demand immediate action from Ray Sigorta to process and release my payment without further excuses. Stop delaying what you owe and resolve this claim now.

The payment was made on the specified date and therefore my issue was resolved, but I cannot go without mentioning this to the company officials: After all, I experienced an accident. An accident with injuries. My vehicle became unusable and the other party was primarily at fault. The other party's insurance covers the accident expenses, which in this case is Ray Sigorta. It took 3 weeks for the expert to prepare the report. The insurance company took about 2 months to make the payment during the ongoing process. Customer service is not helpful at all in these situations. They just say, 'I've taken note.' Wait and wait, hoping the note will have an effect, but my problem still continues. I call again and it's the same process all over again. Is there a solution? Still none! At this point, if there wasn't a consumer-focused platform like Şikayetvar.com, I would still be waiting for my money. Thank you Şikayetvar.com.

"About a month ago, I applied for a loss of value claim through Ray Sigorta for my 2011 Fiat Fiorino. My application number is: 11302504766-1. I had to sell my car with a loss of value of 100,000 TL. Although the legal process is supposed to take 15 days, it has been 3 months since my application and no payment has been made yet, and my file still appears to be under review. During this process, I have contacted Ray Sigorta customer service multiple times both by phone and email. However, I have not received any response; I can only get information when I call, otherwise I am completely ignored. Despite constantly creating new requests, there has been no progress in the process and I have been subjected to stalling tactics. My application was made under the Istanbul Central branch. Even though the legal period has long passed and I have been aggrieved, no solution has been offered. I request that my loss of value payment be made as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved."
