Ray Insurance Has Not Refunded My Traffic Policy Cancellation After 3 Weeks
I canceled my traffic insurance policy with Ray Insurance three weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for my refund. At first, I thought the refund would just go back to my card, but eventually, my agency let me know it would be sent straight to my IBAN instead. I sent my IBAN two weeks ago, but I still haven't seen any refund in my account. I'm really confused about the hold-up; this should have been sorted out by now. I would appreciate it if Ray Insurance could take care of this issue and get the refund processed as soon as possible. Thanks! It's very frustrating to deal with such a long wait for a simple refund. Fingers crossed this gets sorted out quickly!
