Ray Insurance Delaying My Traffic Insurance Claim Payment for 38 Days Despite Complete Documents
I have been waiting for the payment of my claim file numbered 11212508405, which belongs to my Ray Insurance traffic insurance policy, since 2 November 2025. My vehicle was purchased through auction by the Auto Gong service, which has already paid the purchase price. The registration certificate showing the vehicle’s “çekme belgeli” status was sent by the purchasing service to the claim handler, Kübra Yavuz, at Ray Insurance via email on 08.12.2025. The accident occurred in Samandağ, Hatay, and I am the aggrieved party in this process.
Although the identity copies required under MASAK regulations were sent twice by the surveyor to the email address of Kübra Yavuz, Ray Insurance continues to claim that the documents are incomplete and has still not made my payment—even after 38 days. Despite the documents being submitted multiple times, I believe that the claim handler responsible for my file, Kübra Yavuz, did not process these documents on time or correctly. This negligence has prolonged the process and caused significant inconvenience and financial strain for me.
I request that the compensation amount I have been waiting for over a month be urgently deposited into my account without any further delay, ensuring that all documents in my file are properly recorded and reviewed in the system.
Due to the entire experience—and the uninterested, delaying conduct of my claim handler, Kübra Yavuz—I am filing a formal complaint both against Ray Insurance and specifically against Kübra Yavuz.
