Ray Insurance Refused to Renew My Supplementary Health Plan

I got a supplementary health insurance policy from Ray Insurance for my wife. However, when I wanted to renew it, they refused to do so. They didn’t provide any clear explanation, and I was left completely in the dark about why the renewal was denied. I contacted their customer service multiple times, but no one took responsibility or offered a proper solution. I will never work with Ray Insurance again and will never purchase any other insurance from them. As far as I'm concerned, Ray Insurance is null and void. I have never encountered such a disappointing insurance company. I do not recommend it to anyone and will absolutely stay away from them. I could never bring myself to trust or appreciate Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) either.
